Valcour Digital Printing
We are proud to serve our customers as one of four Consolidated Graphics’ digital technology super centers in our 40,000 square foot facility. Our digital printing can be utilized for print on demand, variable data printing (VDP), and web-to-print applications.
Variable data printing changes elements of text, graphics and/or images from one printed piece to the next without stopping or slowing down the printing process while using information from a database or external file. This process is most effective when creating a targeted marketing campaign.
We are also proud to utilize our digital printing company combined with proprietary CGX job management system for efficient handling of our photo book business. Books can be side sewn up to 96 pages with many different cover types and a variety of sizes, including hard cased and bound. Our on-demand perfect binding capabilities binds up to 460 page books, and our PUR binding system allows photobooks to lay flat.
